Who We Are

Kathy Moore moved and relocated her Design business from Washington State to Texas in 2006 launching Moore Design Concepts in San Antonio and surrounding areas.  Her experience in the Seattle market brought a unique perspective to the San Antonio Design world and to the homes and businesses of her clients. Kathy’s son Jay joined her shortly thereafter when he obtained his degree in Real Estate Finance and Development from UTSA. He is a San Antonio Licensed Builder with vast experience in all aspects of the build and remodel process. Their partnership offers an elevated client experience and a promise of expertise in all matters concerning a design or remodel project. Kathy and Jay have worked in various markets nationally from Washington State to Washington DC, with local and national home builders, and with clients seeking to simply update a space or to completely redesign a home.
